Return Policy
Merchandise will not be accepted for return, credit or repair unless our
permission has been previously given and an RA number has been issued.
Please call 805-481-5164 for a Return Authorization (RA) number. Equipment must
be returned within thirty 30) days of an RA issue date, after which the shipment
will be refused.
Standard merchandise may be returned for either exchange or credit and must
be: returned with all parts, in original packaging materials within 15 days of
purchase; and be fully functioning, or determined by our technician to be
defective. Merchandise that has been damaged by the customer is non-refundable.
All sales are final; absolutely no cash refunds will be rewarded.
Merchandise that is designed outside the specifications of standard product (see
catalog or Web site) will be repaired or replaced and shipped back. If the item
is returned and has been damaged by the customer, there will be a fee for
services. No credit or refund will awarded.
Limitation of Liability
The liability of the manufacturer, if any, and purchaser's sole and exclusive
remedy for damages for any claim of any kind whatsoever, regardless of the legal
theory and whether arising in tort or contract, shall not be greater than the
actual purchase price of the product with respect to which such claim is made.
In no event shall the manufacturer be liable to purchaser for any special,
indirect, incidental, or consequential damages of any kind including, but not
limited to, compensation, reimbursement or damages on account of the loss of
present or prospective profits or for any other reason whatsoever.
Secure Transactions
When you place orders with CCTV Wholesale all transactions are made through a
secure link, and all customer data is protected against unauthorized access. In
the unlikely event unauthorized use of your credit card occurs, follow the
reporting procedures defined by your credit card provider and contact us
immediately. If you are more comfortable with inputting your credit card number
over the phone, you can call our Customer Service Center with your credit card

Your Information
CCTV Wholesale does not sell, trade or rent your personal information to others.
Shortages
All shortages must be reported within seven days of receipt of shipment.
Damage During Shipping
All shipments received damaged are the sole responsibility of the delivering
carrier and must either be refused or noted on your delivery receipt or bill of
lading at the time of arrival of goods in order to insure the liability of the
delivering carrier.
Defective Merchandise
Any equipment found defective "out of box" will be exchanged for
new equipment and must be returned within 30 days in like-new condition and in
original packaging as specified in our "Return Policy".
Product Specifications & Pricing
CCTV Wholesale has made every reasonable effort to help ensure the accuracy
of all product information and prices on this website and will not be held
responsible for typographical errors including, but not limited to product
prices and specifications. All products advertised were available and current
when added to the site, but are subject to manufacturer availability. Please be
advised that manufacturers occasionally change prices and discontinue products.
Shipping Policy
CCTV Wholesale makes every attempt to fill and ship all orders within 48
hours of order placement; Some products may not be stocked and must be back
ordered. CCTV Wholesale will advise customer if any order cannot be filled and
shipped within seven (7) working days. Shipping, handling and insurance charge
is based on the value of your order, the destination of your package, and the
service you desire. Due to restricted delivery areas, excessive weight, or
oversized packages that cannot be serviced by one carrier, we may be forced to
substitute carriers when necessary. We will select the most economical method of
shipment.
Typically shipments within the continental United States are shipped via UPS
Ground unless otherwise specified by customer (phone orders only), and shipments
to Hawaii and Alaska are shipped via U.S. Mail Parcel Post; However, shipping,
handling and insurance charges are based on the value of your order, the
destination of your package, and the service you desire. Due to restricted
delivery areas, excessive weight, or oversized packages that cannot be serviced
by one carrier, we may be forced to substitute carriers when necessary.
NEXT DAY AIR SHIPMENTS
If you need to have your order as fast as possible, you need to request Next
Day Air Shipping (phone Orders Only). We'll ship your order the next business
day after receiving your order.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
International orders can only be taken by phone. Contact Customer Service at
1-805-481-5164. Recipient is responsible for all duties and taxes that may
apply.
